No. When a customer asks about a price, colour, stock level or order, MetaBaskets checks your live store data first and only replies with what it finds there - including combo, full set and mixed bulk prices. If something can't be confirmed, the AI says so or hands the conversation to your team instead of guessing.
WhatsApp Business, Instagram DMs, a website chat widget and AI phone calls (through Twilio). Every conversation lands in one unified inbox, so your team sees the same history whichever channel the customer used. Instagram DMs and phone calls are available on the Growth plan and above.
Setup is guided: create your account, connect your Shopify or WooCommerce store, add your website or documents to the knowledge base, test the agent, then connect your channels. The website widget can go live as soon as you're happy with the answers; WhatsApp and phone numbers also need their Meta or Twilio setup completed, which depends on those providers.
Yes. WhatsApp (Meta) conversation charges, Twilio phone and call charges, and any Shopify fees are billed separately by those providers. MetaBaskets plan prices are in INR and exclude GST.
